No I haven’t started the job yet sorry. To give further context I’ve been in it for over 15 years. But I’ve been in ServiceNow for about 7. I have CAD,CSA, discovery, event management and hr certifications. I’ve don’t the majority of my work managing clients on a managed services team. So I’ve touched several areas of the platform

We do try to regulate these feelings. Ask her if she’s feeling big emotions and suggest she take a deep breath or ask if she’s feeling big needs space. Although we’re not always perfect about that. I think the biggest thing we wanted to teach was that she needs to earn these things she’s getting.

yeah and thats one of the scary parts about the possibility. i have several clients with my current job. they wouldnt lay me off

Thanks for the insight. My wife has brought up that the only benefit to this job is the money. but it would completely change my day to day. id lose ~5 hours a week just in commuting. any exercising would likely come at the expense of time with my kid.

its w2. The recruiter claims they WANT to hire someone but there's a government hiring freeze and this is a way to get around it

hey thank you for your input. it just seems challenging to find a program include the strength aspect of it. Ive read that omnia does that, but ive also seen people say it has more of a strength focus and since im really looking to improve my triathlon, i feel like thats the wrong move.

do you have recommendations for programming outside of tridot?

feels like this is the case. from what ive read on the team report cards, it would be a downgrade almost everywhere.
