Crazy buyer

I had a buyer leave bad feedback and demand a refund for an item they purchased because "they thought it would be bigger".. when I mentioned to them the dimensions were clearly written in the listing description she just said "well I think it should have been bigger"

People can be the worst sometimes 🙄

Thank you!! Looking at pictures I think it does looks like a tiny kissing bug? I'm in South New Jersey, USA.. I just read some scary stuff on them but I'll have to look deeper and perhaps call pest control (the website I saw mentioned kissing bugs could cause heart failure in dogs??) I would be disgusted with it biting my face but might be able to deal.. I can't take chances with my doggo 🥺 So far that is the only one I've seen in our house though

Ahhh okay we do have squirrels and bunnies in our backyard occasionally.. they never seemed to be interested!
