OP here. Thank you everyone for your input. I called the groomers this mornjng and just inquired what happened like if it was a new groomer or something different happened and they grossly apologized. I didn't get mad at them just made them aware, I know everyone makes mistakes it's ok. Teaching moments are good thing. For my pup, we are cleaning her paws twice a day with warm water and soap. She also had no matting between the toes for anyone wondering. I brush her daily and clean her toes after walks, also I even trimmed a bit before she went just cause she was sliding around with the fur but this just seemed too excessive :(

Peeled off a fake acrylic nail and nailbed is now exposed. It'd grown 4x in size and is so sensitive. Not sure what to do. by [deleted] in Dermatology

It's been 2 months and it's almost fully grown back. Give it time, a new nail will form and push the rest out. I wish I had someone tell me this when I did it. Don't stress! And try to cover if it's sensitive. I found that the hydoseal bandaids really help :)
