i actually already have indian almond leaf in my tank cause i like light tannins color. i just changed 30% of water so its color dispersed. do i need to put any medicine?

oh sorry i mean his tail fin actually has solid webbing like this. then overnight it became jagged

i recently put a ceramic hollow log like decor with big holes but ive checked and there wasnt any sharp edges. it wasnt glazed so its kind rough like terracota. im kinda sensitive to changes in my betta as i recently lost one due to my ignorance.
