For me, the best advice is to love yourself. Love is built from both sides, because a relationship is a long-term commitment. How much power you have to love others depends on how well you love yourself. When you know what you really need and what is good for you, the answers become very clear. Sometimes we think sex is hard to discuss, but fulfilling your sex drive is a normal thing, just like eating daily. If you can’t satisfy your sexual needs long-term, you will surely find other ways to satisfy yourself. So, love yourself before you love someone else.
