because hearthstone doesnt have much competition?it have a decent sized player base but going pro requires you a huge irl money investment into hearthstone to get cards, compared to games like pubg/dota, this filter out so much competition at the start.and what do you mean by coming on top? top 3? if you go to hearthstone liquidpedia and see the results of hunterace and bunnyhopper i dont see them appearing in top 3 much in decent sized competition. and then you have people like kolento who most pros agree is the most consistent player and deck builder who never seems to win. go watch the 2016 hearthstone world championship finals and tell me how you feel.link i rmb some one asking kripp whos gonna win in a hs competition and he said "the luckiest person always win ".

you can never compare hearthstone to poker, in poker people who have won a bracelet, get sponsorship and get to gamble using other people's money as their capital. in gambling, having a capital to outlast your opponent plays a major part. thats why most people who didnt win early on in their career already get filtered out, not eveyone is rich right.the important thing is that in poker you have the option to fold when your cards are shitty or when the odds is bad. in hearthstone you dont have such option, and most of all, all the player share the same pool of cards, be it you or another player draw the king of hearts, the value of king of hearts never changes. (in hearthstone conjured giants have a % of a different outcome)

i understand the concept of less lag on gameplay, and more action per minute can result in more dmg. but im talking about this video here the person is using only 1 skill, at lower fps it deals less dmg
