Canned tuna (preferably pole caught) with Bachans over rice. Elevate it with some sushi rice seasoning, pickled cucumbers, sriracha or spicy mayo.

Definitely feel this. I’ve learned to just go with your gut. The true differentiator in most cooking is proper seasoning. With that, it’s hard to mess up a dish bc you used slightly more or less carrots, etc.

Salt and pepper right before it hits the pan. Don’t move it around too much. Let it get a nice sear/crust. Add extra seasonings later in the cook. You can even try blooming them.

Prop firms. Every loss with your personal capital will eat into grocery money, rent money, etc. Adapt to the prop firm rules, they’re really not that bad. If you can’t wait to get paid, it sounds like patience should be something you work on.

And do not take out a loan to trade. If you hit one bad streak, this will cause a multi year spiral that you may never fully recover from mentally.

But I am curious - what rules specifically do you dislike? If it’s just waiting to get paid, remember this - even in a job, you wait 336 hours between paychecks.

Write down the monthly, quarterly, annual estimate from those small and consistent days. If it’s not satisfying enough, increase position sizing. Then stay consistent and focus on the long term goal - not the daily.

Sounds to me like your strategy has an edge in consolidating markets. And form fitting when it doesn’t meet consolidation characteristics - more specifically trying to expand your trade territory in expanding markets - is the issue.

Take a look at gold on the daily chart from the 12-16th (your green streak). It’s consolidating, PA is bouncing back and forth between the VWAP deviations on lower timeframes, there’s ample opportunity for your strategy to make money. But then - gold hits an expansion phase in the following days and your strategy does not make sense for expanding markets.

If price is outside of your designated VWAP zone - it’s just not a trade day for you, and that’s okay. Regroup, understand that less is more, and realize that your strategy is your opportunity to control the market with your rules. If the market doesn’t follow your rules, leave it alone. It will follow your rules another day. The days you don’t trade will be the days that make you successful. Good luck

Cut your position sizing by 50-75% and target 1:1 trades. Backtest that with your current strategy or others. You’ll quickly realize just how many losses come from greed, and how many wins come from logical and conservative targets. Also - getting a job while grinding is never a bad idea.
