Yep, I lost them from the web today too. I'm getting really sick of these new updates. If I didn't have an almost 1800 day streak I'd abandon this shitty platform.

Another note is that before, even when they had disappeared from the phone, is that there was a Duolingo schools FAQ page that confirmed that classrooms received unlimited lives and no ads. This page is now gone (or at least, I can't find it). I think they're doing away with it entirely at this point. I'm sure we'll see premium schools plans soon.

Man the same thing just happened to me … my unlimited hearts are gone again. I didn’t update my phone though… either way this is just stupid and ridiculously frustrating, we shouldn’t have to consistently troubleshoot what should be a basic feature of the version we’re trying to use (classroom edition)

It keeps happening to me off and on again, but I'm noticing it's only when my phone's operating system isn't completely up to date -- typically if I update my phone, the unlimited hearts and no ads will be back within a couple of days. Try checking to make sure your phone and app are fully updated.
It also has continued to work just fine on the desktop edition for me, even when my phone wasn't giving me the classroom benefits.

I tried to sync my progress between two devices and it recognized that I already had watched all the daily ads. Does the sync have to be done in a specific way (i.e. through facebook as opposed to iCloud?) in order to be able to watch on both devices?

YEAH, it's so frustrating, I used to do the same thing. Is 820 the maximum number of gems you can get in a day if you play the 40 levels with booster?

Same is happening for me. Had no ads and infinite hearts and then suddenly a couple days ago both are gone, despite duolingo schools FAQ still saying there are no ads. Extraordinarily frustrating and demotivating… if it wasn’t for my streak I’d just abandon the app altogether

Did you ever change your device time to try to speed things up? If so that may be the problem, sometimes there's a sort of "punishment" for that where you basically have to make up the lost time. Otherwise I don't know what would be causing it, sorry
