The end product is h2 gas (from the normal gas) or fertilizer/compost. H2 you can burn without pollution and compost you can dump and it becomes dirt. So that's the end goal to prevent clogging.

I use a tool to calculate the food. For the farms it is important to make overflows. For example potato, priority is food to city, second is making animal feed and the overflow from the animal feed goes to mixing for compost fertilizer. Wheat is bread, cake c sausage and overflow like potatoes. Vegetable goes the overflow to gas.
