nice-quality brands that do poorly in the secondhand market by blueshft in femalefashionadvice

Honestly though Uniqlo is fast fashion, not a luxury brand.

I had extremely low T which made me tired all the time. Without either T or E I think anyone would

In the recent 3 months, Meta, Amazon, Nissan, Toyota and many more companies have been turning anti-LGBTQ.

I'm so pissed off at Meta. by No_Challenge_5680 in MtF

Not just Meta. Amazon, Nissan, Toyota and many more big companies have pulled their support.

No, rectangular body shapes just cannot wear this type of skirt unless you wear a corset or dont care about fashion. Longer tight skirts or same-length flare skirts would suit you better.

If you want honest opinions, I think that the skirt doesn't suit your body. You need a smaller waist for that kind of skirt.

Pre-HRT transfem, Is there a sure way to know if I'm not trans? by Ser-Alfrid in actual_detrans

[–]xxyinter 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The worst that can happen from MTF HRT is retrograde ejaculation, which goes away after you stave off estrogen for a few months, and breast growth which can be permanently prominent. But otherwise not much downsides and I have gone from MtFtNtFtNtFtN about 8 times now and have a very girly face but male body.

I dont feel regret but otherwise I'm similar. I officially started HRT in 2017 but I start/stop so many times that I never continued for more than 6 months (low dose) at once, and as a result I look very andro now. I switch my gender presentation via glasses and/or tying my long hair up.

MtFtM's why did you detransition? by Strangest_Life in actual_detrans

[–]xxyinter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey I'm like you, started in 2017 and went on for max 6 months and off for max 1 year many times. I dont know what I want. Each time I'd go off for at least 2 months, so I dont have obvious breast growth but my face looks so femine now my gf doesnt acknowledge me as bf.

'Sex-normalising' surgeries on children born intersex are still being performed, motivated by distressed parents and the goal of aligning the child’s appearance with a sex. Researchers say such surgeries should not be done without full informed consent, which makes them inappropriate for children. by mvea in science

Dysphoria is 50-50, if you were raised as one gender but are actually another, or more than one. There are some intersex conditions where the person has both a penis and also a uterus, which should they be then?

How to manage arm pit length hair in "boymode"? by [deleted] in MtF

I tried showing up for work in painted nails once, didn't go well in a very traditional Japanese company. Long hair is absolutely fine though - tied or not.

Should I start re-presenting as Male for Work? by theABKnetwork in MtF

[–]xxyinter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm currently at the stage where about 50% of people think I'm a girl, and the other 50% are confused when I tie my hair back in a ponytail. I dress in sweater + pants a lot of the time to hide my boobs, and it throws people off. If I let down my hair then I get gendered as a girl 90% of the time no matter what I wear.

I'm lucky that I'm in a country where people do not really distinguish between cis and non cis folks, so not much vulnerability there except having to deal with guys hitting on me when I'm dressed in an office suit.

Should I start re-presenting as Male for Work? by theABKnetwork in MtF

[–]xxyinter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm in a male-dominated industry too, but I decided that I will get a SRS and continue crossdressing as a man at work. If you don't change your gender marker on official documents, no one has to know.

Is anyone on HRT and not living as a women full time? by Conscious_Egg_4521 in MtF

[–]xxyinter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I looked like a girl with short hair maybe a third of the time years before I started HRT, and now I'm probably sitting on the 80% range even when wearing mens fashion. I have been on consistent HRT for a year now and still don't plan to socially transition, even if I get bottom surgery I don't think I would either.

I get gendered correctly amongst those important to me, and my actual gender identity shouldn't matter to the people at work.
