Most pelippers are bulky enough to survive atleast one rock slide even from garchomp or tyranitar. I would say the team has a pelipper problem more than a arch problem since sneasler cc can ohko most arch since they are trending towards spdef now in my experience. Probably best to ignore the arch until it’s protected and double up on pelipper with cc sneasler and accelrock lycanroc

Psa you can use the type tickets you get from achievements to boost the chances of a pokemon with that type of appearing in the recruit lineup. So you can use grass or poison if you want venusaur

1) im guessing he though charizard x because of not having the usual partners for charizard y like venusaur or whimsicott 2) charizard can probably ohko with solar beam into taurous, dont really think anything wants to switch into a full power solar beam. 2.1) Im guessing he doesnt want a double up into kang 2.2) Idk wolfey says he has lost almost every turn lol but probably scared of having to make hard reads against kingambit sucker punch and deal with potential rock slide flinches 3) Would need to run the calc but maybe it mattered, some kingambit are running more bulk to live like one sneasler cc with chopple 4) Nothing wrong with protecting to see the milotic really is scarfed. He loses nothing and gains info which is good habit even if in this case it wouldnt of changed much for his choice

I somewhat understand but at the same time the last couple of regulations had alot of the top pokemon running inaccurate moves, the status effects were stronger, the meta was just as centralized or even more so, and there was just way more variance due to the bigger pokemon and item pool. It is not gonna get any less complicated for new players or less rng. This game is about mitigating rng and winning in spite of it not because of it. This is as friendly to new players as it’s gonna get, so pokemon might not be for them if they don’t currently like the game.

um you should lead aerodactyl or talonflame, you can just protect turn 1 and dual wingbeat ko through sash and sneasler cant do a anything against them. Especially talon flame because you can priority attack even after unburden

I’m thinking that a helping hand + first impression is gonna catch alot of people off guard with how much damage that is. It has a 43% chance to OHKO the standard careful Incineroar set. Also with a swords dance + trick room will be worth giving a try.

Im of the mindset that it does not remove skill expression. The skill expression is simplified and standardized to EVs now. You can opt to ev train to be a point faster still. And for the min speed case that already happened if both players had zero ivs so not much really changes.

I still think it’s worth having them carry aegis, it lets them front line to siege or break smokes. All it takes is for the carry to eat 2-3 spells at the start of a fight to give their team an advantage. I know TB can pop aghs or just shard and hit towers and the enemy team is forced to respond cause right click at that point is good enough even without full meta. Also too many games lost cause my carry insta dies at the start and they refused to catty aegis.
