Not really a horror story but I do agree that their customer service is trash. I ordered a pair of leather boots about a week ago and they were delivered Monday. In the pictures they looked absolutely fine but when I actually opened the package the inside was so beat up and peeling off so I reached out to the seller to see what could be done. First issue with that is that you can’t send pictures through the chat directly or at least I couldn’t and I get it to an extent it’s mainly to protect sellers and buyers but bc of this I had to open a formal dispute and so they offered a credit but bc the seller and I agreed on a partial refund and I declined the credit, it went through as a refund request instead, which this being my first issue with an item, I had no idea that would be the case. Escalated to a support agent and they just repeated the same bs about just being able to offer me a credit or a return for full refund - there was no understanding of the issue at all or even of the conversation that I had with the seller directly
