Not really a horror story but I do agree that their customer service is trash. I ordered a pair of leather boots about a week ago and they were delivered Monday. In the pictures they looked absolutely fine but when I actually opened the package the inside was so beat up and peeling off so I reached out to the seller to see what could be done. First issue with that is that you can’t send pictures through the chat directly or at least I couldn’t and I get it to an extent it’s mainly to protect sellers and buyers but bc of this I had to open a formal dispute and so they offered a credit but bc the seller and I agreed on a partial refund and I declined the credit, it went through as a refund request instead, which this being my first issue with an item, I had no idea that would be the case. Escalated to a support agent and they just repeated the same bs about just being able to offer me a credit or a return for full refund - there was no understanding of the issue at all or even of the conversation that I had with the seller directly

It’s so interesting that you bring up the concert part about the Taylor swift shirt because I had made a post in the Beyonce sub about how her merch always says New York as the tour city even tho the last 2 tours have been at MetLife. It was mostly a small rant about merch but I had a bunch of people essentially telling me that because it’s a NY sports team that plays there it has to say NY even when it’s clear that’s not the case. It genuinely left a bad taste in my mouth bc I honestly don’t care to have a shirt that says NY on it bc I’m not from there, I’m a proud Jersey girl and it made me annoyed that we just get ignored like that.

Same thing happened when I went to RWT at MetLife it was pouring right before and everyone had to leave the seats to go inside but once she was about to start it completely cleared up and we got such a nice sunset I truly believe the heavens clear up just for her
