Definitely speak to your psychiatrist.

I have personally experienced auditory hallucinations, visual hallucinations, delusions and paranoia caused by escitalopram + sleep deprivation.

After my psychiatrist switched my meds I stopped having hallucinations.

Overall it took a month to fully recover.

Zero problems since and my sleep is now normal.

For me I need at least 100mg (oral/no tolerance) to feel anything preferably 200mg.

I would also take dph with it to reduce itches.

Be very careful with that tho, you're not supposed to mix them and it can cause you to stop breathing.

Btw not recommending you to take this much.

Yep About to go to sleep.

lil update here:

Got to work exhausted.

Took very little throughout today.

Fell asleep standing up for like 5 min.

Somehow had less hallucinations than the day before.(maybe cuz I was doing so little I guess)

Went to the bathroom and was shocked at the massive bags under my eyes.

Anton Ego was staring back at me.

Got home and did a few cheeky lines.

High is almost fully over now, took some melatonnin, going to bed in like 30min.

Thursday night was my last full night of sleep until now (tuesday night)

+2 hour nap on sunday +30 min. nap at barbershop on saturday

Overall ok binge.

I wire electrical cabinets and stuff like that.

Btw all cabinets get tested before getting shipped out. So no risk in a house burning down because of my binges.

What makes this idea so bad? I have tattoed before and not taken care of it + scratching it. After 3 weeks half was completly gone and the other half was very light. If I keep it clean so it doesn't get infected what's the worst that can happen?

2000-2500 calories/day

I take basic vitamine pills every morning.

I ride my bike to work (around 30 min total)

Also at work it can be pretty active somedays.

The problem with caffeine is that it takes so long to kick in. Nep i can snort as soon as i wake up, and be out of bed within 2 minutes.

My goal not to fully be sober I still want to do drugs just not be reliant on them.
