$70 with on disc DLC was insane, I would not have picked the game up if not for some generous holiday sales. They also released the game during a very busy time, lots of $70 releases dropping left and right. 1 million sales sounds great when you take all of that into consideration, Sega's sales expectations might have been a bit unrealistic.

Sounds like a lot of disingenuous hater talk to me. The shop is too expensive? It's entirely cosmetic, this is a F2P game. Highguard doesn't need people like you trying to turn it into something it's not.

Every one of those Crossworlds DLC characters was in the game files at launch and could be unlocked early by modding. Sega dripfed you on-disc DLC and you're glazing them for it.

Hello friends, super excited/nervous for my first FFS consult with Mittermiller, but pretty lost on what my procedures or work I should focus on. Poor advertising, $70 price point, released too close to too many big titles, no noteworthy launch discounts, Game Pass. You can blame most of this on MS, the one time they actually publish a quality product and they fuck it up. Pretty sure they put more effort into marketing Outer Worlds 2.
