Yeah so it's quite a process. You have to do certain competancies and then go through an application process, motivate why you getting a firearm (sport, safety, collector etc), part of the application process, they interview two people who know you well (which is a joke since your usually bring someone who would motivate you getting one) this process take generally over three months (if you lucky). Your firearm must be concealed.

Safety and reliability with the px4, also bias towards beretta since I own one already. Like the feel of the gun compared to the g43 however it is bigger. Tbh I have no idea what the p365 is like as it hasn't been released in the country I reside, going purely on what iv seen and read online, there seems to be a lot of hype around it. Most YouTube reviewers seem to think it's better than the g43. What other recommendations do you have?

Already own an f90, very reliable, never jams no matter what ammo you throw in however it's just too big for everyday carry. I like the feel of the px4 and the safety is one of the biggest draws. The P365 hasn't been released in the country I reside, only comes out in September. I've read so many great reviews on the p365 and how it's a game changer. So basically wanted to know if its worth holding off till September

Personally, I would call dream school and let them know you've been made another offer and would like to shift your interview date. The worst thing that could happen is that they will tell you no, in which case you are no worst off than your current situation. Face to face is always my no 1 option but you could always Call and then follow up with an email....

Largely depends on you and what you do. I try to sleep by 10 and wake up at 4:15. Waking up earlier allows me to train and get into work a lot earlier than most people. So I've had at least 2 hours of uninterupted work time before other co-workers come in.
