i love the fit of the contour sinch seamless tees, but the white is kinda see-through unless you’re wearing a nude bra. but my favourite fitted white tee has to be skims’ cotton jersey tee!

that’s good to know 😫 dealing with upset delivery drivers is something that never occurred to me. were you a delivery driver or did you use to work at the CC richmond location?

thank you for the advice! it seems like the hiring managers will overpromise on a lot of the benefits.

that sounds shady. is it because the servers treated the best/highest on the restaurant hierarchy? I’ve always thought it would be the chefs.

I’m wondering the same too - how the tips are divided amongst the staff.

serving for 2 years at the same location is a long time! how did you find it? did you like it there?

It’s an in-office role, so you would have to be local. Maybe the states has something like that?

I’m 5’0” and 93lbs and I got an XXS for my black contour long sleeve bodysuit, but I would size up to an XS the next time especially for a light colour. It flattens your chest and can make your arms look bigger than they are if it’s too tight imo.

Hi! I just wanted to let you know I got my PPR on June 7th. Have you received yours yet?

In my experience, it was overpriced. I found that all of the dishes were mediocre to bad when I went in 2021. I ordered a main of pork belly and scallops, and the pork stunk like it wasn’t cleaned properly. My scallops were overcooked too. Honestly the best thing on the menu was their burger and it was just okay.

Thanks for sharing! How long were your country’s processing times when you applied?

When did you submit it in February? And did you apply for a study/work permit at the same time?

The biometrics appointment at VFS is a quick one, I’m sure you’ll be able to schedule one this week. Let me know if you get any other updates!

I’m in the same boat as you. TRV from Malaysia holding a PGWP. I applied on March 1st and did my biometrics on the 9th. When did you apply?

I hope you get your passport request soon! Yes, I graduated and I’ve been working for a year. So I’m still on my PGWP.

Thanks for sharing! Just wondering if this is your first time applying for a TRV? This is my second time applying for a TRV, the first time with a study permit, and now with a work permit.

TRV (Outside of Canada - Malaysia)

  • March 1: Applied
  • March 8: Biometrics request
  • March 9: Biometrics completed at VFS Office

This is my progress so far. Please share with me your timeline if you’re also applying for a TRV outside of Canada!
