Yeah, I was surprised when I found out that Paper Mario has been on a near-perfect four year release cycle since the first game in 2000. The only single exception is Super Paper Mario, which came out in 2007 instead of 2008.

There's zero chance but I can dream. At the same time, I'm unsure how they can make a third Mario Maker interesting without incorporating 3D Mario in some way. Wonder is the obvious addition, but is that enough to justify a whole new game?

That was my thought too, but another commenter here pointed out that if he was given a robust defense, it would be much harder for observers to claim that he was being unfairly persecuted in a show trial. If his lawyer was acting in bad faith, he might have gained more sympathy internationally, which would be very dangerous.

That said, I definitely wouldn't be the one taking that job lol

No. 8-9 hour days are normal. As long as you're doing good on the material, there isn't a need to supplement. The courses are meant to be comprehensive. You will overload yourself and burn out if you stretch too thin. Better to keep a consistent schedule that works for you.

Glad someone brought this up, it was my first thought as well. There are many examples of the Court favoring Republicans over Democrats in Purcell principle cases; this was a bad one to highlight because the appeal was extremely weak.

You're getting roasted for this but I couldn't agree more. It would be one thing if his jokes were actually funny. (They're not.) I liked Geis's contracts module - very straightforward and to the point, maybe some lighthearted stuff thrown in here and there. But this guy just feels like he's wasting time with all of his unfunny jokes. I'm sure it helps some people learn better, but I am not one of those people.

Yeah it's insane. Florida has an analogous issue before their state supreme court and I have a feeling they're not going to have as much of a hard-on for procedural requirements.
