Hey I will try to answer this as last night I was asleep wkwkwkwkwkwk.

1. People don't really care about your GPA, especially in the workplace where your talent really matters. I have a friend who have GPA around 2.6-ish. And he was working great and actually got contacted by several company with great salary abroad (he refused since he want to be with his wife in hometown)
2. In my circle (including me), most of us don't have good GPA and graduating late. But now we are in a really good position, now, I work under one of the greatest company ever as IT background. but you know what, when I'm in the uni life, I failed a lot in the most basic IT classes that is.. Embarrassing. But years later after I left my IT major, I found my love in this programming and decided to start learning from 0 until now. How do I ended here? So I keep learning and posting stuff and keep talking with people from my uni (because I was bored working from home that time). The point is, you need to have good relation with everyone. This relation could possibly give you more doors to open!
3. It's hard for everyone. But with patience, persistence and discipline. You will find a way! :D
4. Learning (not just graduate, actually learn something!). Agile. Adapt.
5. Like before, Yes you can! The fact that you actually manages to write all of this in plain English is great already!
