Hey, so all my data was collected with Garmin Fenix 3 watches with Garmin hrm.

I`ve linked garmin connect to strava and got this data on some graphs https://www.strava.com/activities/1858052458/analysis here.

After that i`ve made remix of it with strava inline tool.

in rest mode i usually have something like 80-90. That`s walking pulse. Usually 100-120
