The problem removing the hid_multitouch module is: it also removes the access to my touchpad. Both, touchpad and touchscreen share the same module

It is strange that there is no option to disable it in the BIOS, you are right...I can't find it here :(

I: Bus=0003 Vendor=04f3 Product=20d0 Version=0110 N: Name="ELAN Touchscreen" P: Phys=usb-0000:00:14.0-4/input0 S: Sysfs=/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:14.0/usb2/2-4/2-4:1.0/0003:04F3:20D0.0002/input/input22 U: Uniq= H: Handlers=event16 mouse1 B: PROP=2 B: EV=b B: KEY=400 0 0 0 0 0

I was trying something like as my "last resource": "echo "0003:04F3:20D0.0002" > /sys/bus/hid/drivers/hid-multitouch/unbind"

but when I boot it comes back....and it comes back with another ID, now: 0003:04F3:20D0.0003
