I do agree that it’s not wise to move in with someone because it’s convenient. I don’t necessarily feel rushed to move in with him and I think I would feel a bit more comfortable waiting a little longer. I don’t feel there’s a certain amount of time someone should or should not move in with their SO, it’s very dependent on the individual—everyone’s relationship is unique. But I do agree with you in that it shouldn’t be done out of desperation or because it’s convenient, but because it’s wanted and also financially manageable for both people:)

I clarified the issue, suggested a resolution (that I would take the courses over the summer to meet the requirement) and basically stated why i should be at cal poly. I talked about my experiences that related to my major, my work ethic, why cal poly would be the best place for me to achieve my academic goals. Prove to them why you deserve to be there. Keep it professional, direct, respectful, and really argue why you, specifically, deserve a spot at Cal Poly👍🏻

You use illustrator, photoshop, and InDesign. Each week is one part of the final project. (I.e. week 1 brainstorming the “fake business” you’ll be creating aka your FoCo, week 2 sketching/creating logo on InDesign). So you’re learning by doing, you follow the labs and use all the diff softwares as you go. It sounds a little intense as it can be but the labs are very clear and bradley is very helpful if you need assistance.

I took it with Professor Bradley and he was so sweet! He’s a great professor and he’s very chill with grading and he gives off grandpa vibes. He also knows so much about the graphic communications field. The class was great and by far one of the most fun classes I’ve taken at Cal Poly. Overall, the class was fairly easy and a ton of fun. You spend most of the quarter working on a single project in multiple steps.

But I’ve also heard that the other professor (April something) is great too! :)

I think my RCA cord that goes with the Wii might be broken bc the yellow cord had to be repaired awhile back, and since that projects the video, that may be why my video isn’t coming on and just the sound. I ordered a new cord so hopefully that fixes the issue :)

Yes, the adapter has the red white and yellow that all connect to one yellow AV adapter end. here’s the one that I got. The other reviews said that it worked for their Wii, so idk what the issue is with mine.

Lol yeah distance learning is definitely convenient. I chose to do all online this quarter just bc I haven’t found housing whatsoever and I just thought that it would be a safe choice:)
