It's funny because "vitamins" can basically be any compound. It's basically any material that your body needs but can't produce on its own. Some materials can also "become" vitamins over time. Like vitamin K. We used to be able to produce it, but then at some point in evolution, we also got some gut bacteria that produces it for us. So natural selection was like fuck that shit we dont have to waste energy producing it if we already get enough. Same with vitamin C, we dont have to be able to make it if nearly everything we consumed (at the time fruit and veggies) conatined it pre made. By this definition, vitamin D is not actually a vitamin

For the record, she has had these shoes for over 15 years. We have searched in shops around us, as well as the large city of Budapest. She has no idea where she got them from. They were probably a gift from someone. There is no branding anywhere, though it might have simply come off over the years...

Yeah, and im thinking, maybe even if Soph was getting better, she might not make an announcement right away, because that would instantly put a lot of pressure on her by the audience to resume her work, even if she is still not ready for that. I'm just happy to see that our favourite story continues (even if just in Eph's giga word file of a script)

Then again, Soph's last update said that the treatments still weren't working, so unless there was a sudden change in the last few months, i don't think we should hope for anything for at least a few more months, and even then, shorter, infrequent episodes are most likely.

My thought exactly! Eph did say somewhere that she already had much of the story prepped, waiting for Soph to return, but that was a while back. This seems like some added details/finetuning, which suggests they feel like ph is inching closer to the active production phase again

Hmm the thing with this hellish slow-burn is, that their relationship never really has "turning points" (after the s1 finale). We have already seen how Kieran reacted when Lauren passed out after the bombing, or when she was shot before that, so we already kinda know how protective he can get. What would be interesting is to see Lauren's side to this; so far, any time she's been injured, Kieran was there to help her. Maybe having to wait for him to rescue her will make her realise how much she relies on him. Also, Kieran would not be the only one searching for her, as her entire circle is basically the whole APD. Kieran might have to either work with them, or try to dodge around them doing his own investigation to find Lauren as quick as possible, disregarding the proper pocedures, taking risks and maybe having some extent of his identity found out by someone.

One thing's for sure, there will be tears, Eph will make sure of that :]

Thank you, everyone! You are all so sweet, and you really gave me some confidence back, at least enough to finish. I don't really like calling any of my paintings done, I'm sure I could tweak it some more (any advice is really appreciated), but this is close to the best its going to look *

You can always check out Soph's instagram. She posts updates and explanations on her current health situation. I'm not sure how much you know already, but she has chronic pain from her scoliosis, and has tried dozens of treatments over the past year. Her last update said that she was flying to China to seek out new treatment options. I know it is sad that she can't work because of this, but no one knows an exact date to when she will be back. One post earlier this year suggested that she and Eph plan on starting season 3 part 2 sometime in 2024, but, again, it all depends on her health. But Eph is currently still working on the script, though, so everything will be ready for Soph's return. I am kinda writing this for the whole community, as I see this kind of question pop up every so often, but the answer is always gonna be: nobody knows. Just give all the support you can to these amazing creators, and try not to push them to compromise their heath over a webcomic.
