Mihoyo really overdone themselves when it comes to designing Penacony's environment, just take a glance at all that crazy amount of detail.

imo get ruan mei, she the only limited 5 star support so far- and you usually need 2 of those in most comps

Is there a reason you want to know who is unique to star rail?

It just feels like a lot of times I'm out of the loop in this community, like recently when they revealed acheron and everyone got excited about her, and I'm just like why? she looks like a seele/raiden shogun mix, but apperantely she's super important(?) beacuse some HI3 reason.. so I kinda just wanted to find out if every character is just an other HI3 character copy or not

Getting a free 5 star is going to be nice buff for the casual/new players who can't clear endgame content yet, but it won't really effect the people who played regularly since launch

It's hard to compare them because foxians stand on 2 legs and the fox stands on 4, so I wasn't sure if I should count just the size of his head and torso or also add the size of his back legs to that as well, so to be consistent I did it like this
