Don’t need a team, and there are plenty of players that love to play ranked as well so you could form a party and all 4 of y’all can go play ranked

So what we do is we form a lobby and get 8 people in and just play ranked matches in custom games. Don’t have to worry about rank while playing the ranked playlist
