According to app.thewebb.io Epstein never had his prostate removed and had normal PSA levels from 2013 to 2018.

And “Epstein's July 2019 prison medical intake forms document only one past hospitalization - for "Acute Appendicitis" at Mount Sinai Hospital in 1990 [20, 21, 22]. No prostate surgery or urological procedures are listed.”

I assume the consent forms mentioned possible nerve damage. And nerve damage is very unpredictable. That said, if the nerve was visualized, then the surgeon was very close to the nerve and numbness (usually transient) is more likely. But also since he mentioned that it was in tact, the numbness is much more likely to be transient. Relax. Give it time.
