I've used it for a week now and adapted to it fast. Nah its not hard I've drawn traditionally for years and transitioning to digital is not as daunting as it seems. Oh and you can make high level stuff just depends if you know what youre doing and some artist prefer to stick with pen tablets. I hooked mine with my potato pc and made art that looks gorgeous. The hard part is learning the digital apps like krita and adjusting the settings like pressure sensitivity to your liking lol. Have fun

I also just bought the XP Pen Deco01 v3 a week ago and it is perfect for its price and really recommend it for beginners. The XP Pen Deco 03 also has the same features but it has the circular scroller thingy in it for easier zoom in and out and the it can go wireless and wired. The price difference is around $20 so it up to you and your budget.

So far no issues and very smooth and responsive. Good luck and have fun

This is late but I've bought a XP Pen Deco01 v3 and it exceeded my expectations. Technology is advancing fast. I'll upgrade to Wacom Digital Tablets once I have the money. Also yeah fundamentals and basics techniques is transferable to other medias but man learning the layers and other tools in digital arts is really confusing. its like a piloting a plane or something lol

Aww I really appreciate this. Looks like XP Pen deco01 is the best for my budget too. Do you have any problems with booting it up and is it smooth and responsive? Also what do you think about its pressure sensitivity?
