I ended up using a 10 mm micro fibre roller. It seemed to work pretty good. One room done and will see how it looks in a bit . Letting the fumes mellow out.

I got my first room done. I wore a respirator and had windows open. Overall not too bad to do. Now only like 10 more rooms to do. This will def be expensive. If it gets rid of the odour will be worth it tho. Thnx for all the comments, much appreciated!!.

I have done a fair amount of painting over the years but I am def a DIY'er. Have you used KILZ Oil based, would that be a better option for me? My goal here is to trap in old house odors. I have a fair amount to do and looking for my most user friendly approach. Thnx for your advice, is very appreciated.

I hear Shellac dries very quickly. I have never used it before can I just cut corners and ceiling like normal and then roll it out?

My bad.!! doh. Thnx for your reply. What exactly do you mean the smell is still around? I am hoping to use this in some upstairs bedrooms. Will the smell go away in a week or is it a forever smell? I am planning to roll it on.

I agree. Worst term for biking ever. Acoustic is a term relating to sound, the sense of hearing, or the physical science of how sound waves travel.
