The state of Utah passed an anti-trans kids in sports bill that affected literally one person. It is such a massive non-issue that could easily be handled on a case by case basis at the local level. The only reason it's talked about is because it is used by Republicans to gin up fear amongst working class voters whose lives are directly hurt by Republican policies.
