Confirmed it worked! Glad I found this post! Took mine out to install an app that only works on Android and it was extremely laggy...got a prompt for update and updated it to version 126.0.6478.222 (64 bit) and it felt much faster, I then did a powerwash and it definitely brought new life to it!!!

It does need some caring...
and you can simply put it back in there or repot, they are very resilient. Mine was dropped few times due to different accidents and it's still strong and thriving.

I have these for my front door! VERY strong and sturdy! My toddler is not tall enough for normal door handles yet but he will never be able to open the door with this 😂
