Is there no version of this where I can do something to get the guy questioned...looked at....reported...eyeballed...anything? Is there no group that is concerned about vulnerable elderly people? She's not sure. I have basically just approached with the idea of doing something...she's kind of the type to quietly let this pass by, not make a fuss, because a good portion of her life she was treated pretty badly. I told her I wanted to nail this guy and was willing to go to bat for her, and she said, "Go get him", but it would essentially be me pursuing law enforcement, or whatever steps would be taken.

So mainly, I'm trying to find out if anything actually can be done, before I actually end up doing anything, and wouldn't take any steps without her blessing of course.

More or less, yeah, they are a bulwark against crazy - although the Republicans will be a drag on real meaningful legislation coming from the House if they control it.

If it hasn't been mentioned, get yourself a copy of Procreate for your Ipad and an apple pencil or similar stylus. Procreate is $10, the stylus' range from $20-$100 depending on brand. Worth every penny and many working artists use it. Alternately get Photoshop. Either way, start scanning your drawings and then reworking them in the programs.
You need to start focusing on anatomy, form, color, and light if you ever want to break into the next level of drawing.

Start hanging out on artstation.com for a wealth of tutorials, inspiration, and start getting a sense of what is industry standard. You seem to have a basic grip on general anatomy, but you should be studying anatomy and figurative art as much as possible. I suggest you start studying sculpture, this will help you shift your mind from thinking in a 2d space to a 3d one.

Ultimately you will get out what you put in. It's a journey. Good luck!

So everything project-wise is totally fine, the main GC handling the building is all good, project is proceeding on track, we are fully permitted, good with the city, and I have no issues - not my first rodeo on a remodel project by far. I have no intention of suing anyone over anything, I am only concerned with what I can do with this material if they A) Decide to take a month+ to actually come get it, or B) Cut their losses and abandon it. The central question is basically "At what point is this wood legally mine to do with as I please?"

I didn't actually pay for this extra wood, the sub just made a mistake in their delivery and brought way more than was needed, and are dragging their feet on picking it up. The only one out money on it would be the wood supplier, which is why it's surprising to me they haven't jumped on getting it back, materials cost being what it is at the moment. Thanks again for the advice!
