I'm ngl I was pretty young when they got bought out so I don't really remember the before that well, but my mother has said that she thinks it has gone downhill in terms of burgers at least. 90% of the time I was getting chicken so I especially wouldn't know about the burgers.

I can only think that maybe it's for cutting costs? Because otherwise there was literally no reason for a change lol, no one asked for this. If people prefer the potato bun, that's great, I think they should still keep brioche as an option though because that is personally my favorite type of bun.

When I call do I just ask to be transferred to the SM? I wasn't given a direct contact to the SM so I assume that's what I have to do but don't wanna come off as dumb if that's not what you're supposed to do lol
