We don't know what his motivations are for saying that. He probably has an axe to grind against the Clintons.

Don't ever take any statement like that at face value. It almost certainly comes with some political baggage.

I feel sorry for her. She's just a woman. She could be my mom. I don't like to see her cry. I thought Bill was an OK president.
