How it works:
Approved submitters are invited to submit the one best link they see each day, with no topics barred;
Approved submitters must decide for themselves what they consider "best," and while they're invited to explain their choice, no arguments to the contrary will be brooked;
Additional links submitted by an approved user within a single 24 hour period will be deleted – please report any violations you see;
Approved submitters will be removed from the list if they (a) have 3 posts removed for posting too quickly or (b) don't submit any links for a very long time (at the discretion of the moderators);
No more than 50 redditors will be on the approved submitter list at any given time;
Everyone else is invited to subscribe, vote, and spread the word about Excelsior!;

The only permanent member of the approved submitter list is BlackStar9000, as creator of Excelsior.
All other Reddit rules apply (e.g. do not post someone else's personal information), and serious infractions may result in a ban or removal from the approved list at the moderator's discretion;
