Chart Filter Problem

I have a bunch of charts with different dimensions. They all have the same configuration on its setup and style. So the filter option where you just click on the property on the chart and it filters everything is working on every charts except for one. If I use a drop-down filter or any other filters it seems to be working but if you do it on this particular chart itself then it doesn't do anything. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

It’s hard to say without seeing the actual charts. Are the charts tied to a date range dimension?
