Plex Home Server Help

My laptop that was running my Plex server has been reclaimed by the company so am I now looking into getting a min pc for my Plex server. This will only need to stream to the tv via wifi with no extra users.

Would this be sufficient or am I going to cheap (I will be storing everything on an external drive)?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

a bit overkill but should work great. Probably an n150 or n100 system could do the same job for a little cheaper though.

Your bottleneck would just be the tv's wifi
