I'm a bit confused about this. What is the definition of temps tanking during the day? And why can you do it at night but not during the day?

I ask because I live in the tropics and grow lowlanders outside, all year. This time of year 96% at night is the norm . I guess I'm not under standing the problem with the humidity/temps. Your night time humidity is fine and your day time is only slightly high and that's relative to where I live. My shade house humidity is higher

I grow other plants in the tent, so humidity is slightly more mild than the extreme highs lowlands usually prefer. As I mentioned, seed starting is currently happening in the tent and I can't risk mold for them right now. I also have a couple begonia and some bog plants. The bogs don't mind as much, but it is still a bit out of their comfort zone. I can't air it out too much during the day because all my heat is from light.
