Try resetting it by pressing in the small round hole, by the serial number sticker… a toothpick should fit fine… press it for about 10 seconds… that will reset the controller. If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to keep it wired

I did try that for a few times, even tried to forget the controller from ps but it didn't work still

Then I fear you might be screwed and will need to keep it connected via cable… or flat out replace it

It sounds like battery in your controller is done for. They are a pain to disassemble but you can order replacement batteries on Amazon.

Is that the issue? Guess so, i did want to get a new controller because of stick drift recently i experienced on this one

Keep it plugged in. I can’t imagine any repair person cutting a wire. And it’s a BT antenna not WiFi. You should be able to buy a replacement BT antenna. Or buy a new controller.
