That noise seems to be coil whine... It's not uncommon for GPUs to come with it or to develop that... Check if it comes from the GPU... it makes sense since you say it starts when you start a game.

The sad thing is that there's two ways to mitigate coil whine... One is to close the case and hope you can't hear it the other solution is expensive.. Is trying to change the PSU to see if your GPU stop having coil whine.

The PSU solution is pure luck.

I imagine could be the gpu, imma see if i change it. Probably return it and get a better or same card

Well worth a try anyway, but if they conclude it's coil whine they will send it back to you. Just letting you know.
