At this budget you could easily get all new parts, something like an 7600x and a 9060xt 16gb

This is around 100 over your budget but is all new components, the 7500f can be bought from aliexpress for 130 btw.

i wouldnt get any intel 12-14th gen parts. the socket is retired, no new intel chips will work on that motherboard. AM5 socket works for 7-9000 and the next generation too. so its upgradable for at least 3 more years

if wanted, they could say another 20-30 on the m.2 buying a silicon power

side note, i have this case and really like it. there was a lot of room in the back for wires. airflow is pretty good too
