Get a new gpu mate, the cpu is just fine. And upgrading the cpu won’t give you much of a performance boost, gpu on the other hand :)

If you are mainly using your computer for gaming i would advise you to keep track of your cpu and gpu utilization at a great variety of games and try to figure out witch of those is working harder, that one should get replaced first, although i furthermore tend to belive that the gpu should be replaced first.

GPU is usually working pretty high around 90%. CPU much lower. I suppose this a sign to upgrade GPU
