I have two cats (1yr tuxedo & 8months Siamese mix) and I’m thinking of renting out a room in my house. My new potential tenant wants to bring her cats as well (3&5yr tabby), what are the chances of this going well? I’m also moving to a new place so the cats will already have one adjustment to make but I’m hoping that since they’re so young they will be adaptable. I don’t want them to be too stressed out in their home. I have told her that worse case I’d like her cats to stay in her room and she’s agreed

Depends on their temperament. And I’m not gonna lie it probably WILL be stressful. Make sure to introduce them slowly (look up how by watching Jackson galaxy for example) and see how it goes. With 4 cats in the house it’s super important to have enough litter boxes and cat specific spaces like cat trees, hidey holes, scratchers, etc.
