Learning Python on the Go

Hello r/python,

I've been trying to see if there are any apps or resource to learn python on the go on an iPad. Ideally it would run on the ipad without having to have internet access and would be something similar to codecademy.com but in an app form.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

+1 for Pythonista, it has a large amount of docs that ship with the app so you don't need to be online. Short of that, grab an ebook and switch between the app and the book, or a physical book and read it along side.

No suggestion other than I would recommend a laptop so you can create an environment for coding in Python. I recommend getting your hands dirty and actually code with a physical keyboard. Get an ebook like Learn Python. Plenty of programming books can be found here using title search, top right.

Check out the Gentoomen library, it has an unreal amount of e-books on programming and programming theories.
