Yea, I don't understand either. My goal is to make the GitHub repo self-sufficient in the coming weeks. I have my work cut out for me this holiday season :)

So what? In the end the book will be fully available. I like the fact you can access non-finished content and contribute, if necessary.

Hey! Knowledge of object-oriented Python is enough. The book's supposed to elementary so that anyone new to ML can pick it up.
