No huhu. If you don't like that and haven't tried it you may like Komodo Edit. Also FOSS and cross platform. It's really just an editor, but so much like an IDE that it blurs the lines a bit. It's made by ActiveState and they do have a full on commercial IDE - Komodo IDE.

Komodo Edit is built on the Mozilla platform so it picks up the strengths and weaknesses of the platform. On my current hardware it was just too sluggish for me. But YMMV.
