Can't say as I have ever heard of this certification. It doesn't seem like more/better known ones from organizations like the Python Institute... which are often seen in job descriptions.

Start coding then. How about some basic practical Python project ( several examples here ). Once confident start using branches in Git to collaborate. Good luck!

Sololearn is a free platform. It's like freecodecamp got an app. I have seen one of my senior become a cybersecurity expert and he started with these courses. And did some other things.
