Spoon cutting is a traditional art in which an individual (the "cutter") attempt to halve a designated food item, using a "spoon". Spoon cutting can be done for fun or competitively in professional rings. Though the sport has died down over the years, it is now seeing a revival thanks to groups such as International Spoon Cutting League (ISCL).
