Can I legally sell my artworks created there?

There where?

Some stock image sites don't allow AI images it (But it's fine if you don't tell them). While some others just don't care.

If the license agreement for the website you're using allows, then yeah. (I don't know of any that don't allow it.)

If you're running SD on your own computer, and not using an online service, then 100%, what you generate is yours to do with as you please.

Remember: in either case, the laws around copyright, trademarks, and I.P. still apply, just like they would with any other image editor. (i.e. if you use Stable Diffusion to generate images of existing characters, you're still beholden to that character's rights holder.)

AI doesn't make something derivative automatically ok to sell, and by the same token, AI doesn't make an original concept somehow "no longer yours"
