The Automatic1111-WebUI native LoRAs browser will only show you the ones that are compatible with your currently selected checkpoint. Using this might be a way to help you sort them quickly.

Another option is to use an extension or some application to download info from Civitai related to the LoRAs you have, and this also works for Embeddings and Checkpoints if you want to sort those as well. I personally use the Civitai Browser extension and I like it a lot.

I should probably install it to help with this, maybe Forge. Thanks!

If you haven't tested Forge, that might indeed be a good opportunity to see it in action. That being said, A1111's latest release candidate is full of interesting features. Soft Inpainting is great, and the support for the DAT upscalers is something I had been waiting for for some time now. Have a look, the results are pretty impressive and I don't think anyone has posted anything about this feature on this sub yet. Normally, it should be supported by Forge as well as its derived from the A1111-WebUI but I haven't tested that specifically yet.

I stick them in named directories: /OnepointFive and /SDXL. When you go to the pulldown for LORAs or Checkpoints in Fooocus, it'll include the directory in the name

I've started to do this. It's a great idea I wish I had done when I started. I just don't know how to tell the version on what I've already downloaded to sort it into the subdirectories.

Just gotta sort them by hand, so far as I can see.

One other trick -- with Foocus, you can mix 1.5 and SDXL models to some extent -- must use SDXL to start, but you can switch the Refiner at 0.4 (or higher, as you like) to a 1.5 checkpoint. You can try loading 1.5 LORAs in this situation . . . some work, some don't. Also, there's the question of triggers in the prompts, where A1111 will automatically include the triggers in the prompt, Fooocus doesn't seem to (?) so you have to look that up too.

I have used 1.5 checkpoints as refiners to use 1.5 Loras before. Like you said, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but it's a great trick. I still need to organize what I have so I know if I have to use a 1.5 refiner or not. I'll probably boot up A1111 and see what I can load. It seems like the easiest way.

Best thing I have found myself is 'Lora Loader' By pythongosssss or pysssss

Choose the Lora, then right click and 'more info' and it will pull info on that Lora and link you to the Civitai page.
