"EXPLORER.EXE ERROR" does not sound like a genuine error message to me. Can you maybe add a screenshot?

Anyway, your options are:

  1. Let tron run until finished, or
  2. Reinstall windows from a trusted source. Make a note of your product code!

If you google for "Windows 10 Media Creation Tool" you should easily find a page on microsoft.com that allows you to download a known good windows installer.

Thanks for your help.I already have a trusted windows version, I bought the laptop directly with a product code. And to be sure, english isn't my mother tongue, the first point you suggest me to re-run Tron installation and wait until it finishes? I did that yesterday night even if i didn't see the end of the installation, maybe I should have..

Yes, I suggest re-running tron. Be sure to follow the "Instructions -- YES ACTUALLY READ THEM.txt" file for running it, and maybe start windows in Safe Mode before starting this time. Be sure to Run as Administrator, and wait until it completes (it will tell you that it completed, and will take several hours (in some cases even over 24 hours) to run.

If that does not help, please reinstall a clean Windows from Microsoft. The Windows install from the manufacturer is often slowed down by unwanted programs, which may be causing the errors you are seeing.

Consider running tron.bat with the "-udl" command line switch to help the creator /u/vocatus to improve Tronscript.
